There are 4 areas of concern which a player could develop and these are in relation to being loaned out, a wage dispute, lack of opportunity at the club and a lack of games. Any concerns which a player has will be displayed within your Squad/Tactics (with Unh as their Player Field Description) and also within their Player Profile.
However, when you look into it further you’ll notice that 9 times out of 10 it’s because the manager doesn’t log in regularly. This means that they aren’t rotating their squad and are playing the same team week-in-week out. Naturally when this happens their players will develop concerns and rightly so. So what advice would I give?
Does anyone know if the player's concern update is by season, that is, usually occurs around 12, 24 and 36 turns of the season, or is it when 12 turns pass after signing the player? For example if I sign a player 5 games from the end of the season, will the next update be in turn 7 or 12 of the next season? Greetings. @Kev
If a player has only played in 2 of 15 games for example, which is less than the 65-75%, then they would develop a Level 1 Concern. Even if you played them for the next 15 games, they would still develop a Level 2 Concern as they would have only played in 17 of 30 games which is still less than the 65-75% we advise. Why is my player cup tied?
